Founding a School Art Club

I’m in the process of founding an art club at my school, meant to give students a regular space to make art together outside of class.
Right now this means planning what sessions will look like, recruiting other students who are interested, and preparing materials and project ideas — all ahead of getting the club officially approved to launch.
What I’m Learning
Starting something from nothing is different from joining a program that already exists. Before there’s a single session, there’s recruiting, planning, and figuring out what will actually get people to show up and keep coming back.
