Founder Lab is a startup incubation program that guides participants through the full journey of building a venture from scratch — from an early idea to a competition-ready pitch — with personalized coaching along the way. I was selected into the program after completing Built Young’s AI Vibe Coding and MBA Lab courses.

As a co-founder on my team, I split my time between the program’s structured coaching sessions and independent work with my teammates, developing our venture idea and preparing for the Diamond Challenge pitch.

Reflection

Founder Lab has been my introduction to what building something real actually takes — not just having an idea, but testing it, refining it with feedback, and learning to communicate it clearly to other people.
